\n There are several ways to book outings to the Municipal Fields in person, by telephone and through the internet, the latter being only valid for the La Llorea Municipal Field.
\n The countryside
\n The El Tragam\u00f3n Municipal Golf Course is located in the parish of Castiello de Bernueces, less than 5 km from the centre of Gij\u00f3n. It is a semi-rustic 9-hole course, with a total distance of 5,184 meters from the yellow bars and 4,468 meters from the red bars. The route, which does not present excessive difficulties, is determined by the course of the Pe\u00f1afrancia river, increasing its difficulty in the areas that come into play; also providing abundant riverside vegetation. Its best holes are hole 2, a par 4 of 372 meters, and hole 6, a par 5 of 454 meters.

\n The El Tragam\u00f3n Municipal Golf Course also has an excellent driving range, making it ideal for those players who want to get started in the game. It also has a practice green and a short game practice area.
\n El Tragam\u00f3n Golf School
\n One of the essential strategic objectives in the activity of the facilities, since its commissioning, is to encourage and promote the practice of golf among the youngest. Two Golf Sports Schools are currently in operation, one on each course. Welcoming more than a hundred young players under 18 years of age, young people who through the consequent agreements and depending on their age and level of play, access the course completely free of charge. The Schools themselves organize, throughout the year, competitions adapted to the level of the students with different difficulties and routes; competitions also free.
