The sculpture writes the name “Gijón” in solid steel, with the characteristic red color of the city.
It reproduces, on a large scale, the tourism brand that was launched in 2009.
The site was looking for a central place or a walking area for locals and visitors.
The sculpture measures between 3 and 3.5 meters and each of the four modules that frame the letters weighs two tons.
