- Strategic location: Be a natural or legal person with headquarters or delegation in Gijón/Xixón.
- Consolidated track record: Have a minimum of one year's experience in the declared activity.
- Legal constitution: Be duly constituted as a company, association or similar entity.
- Regulatory compliance: Be up to date with all current legal, administrative and tax obligations.
- Solvency guarantee: Demonstrate economic solvency to ensure the stability of the collaboration.

either Travel agencies and tourist services (travel agencies, tourist guides, ILO and other tourist services), participation fee in Visita Gijón Professional.
either Spaces and activities (museums, centers of interest, wineries, scenic spaces, active tourism, golf courses, health and well-being and marinas), participation fee in Visita Gijón Professional .

- GENERAL INFORMATION ON FEES

o Unit price per establishment of the company or service.
o An establishment is considered to be each of the commercial premises where the company provides its service or markets its products.
o In the case of quotas based on places, they will be applied according to the information available in the Registry of Tourist Companies and Activities of the Principality of Asturias.
o Fees approved by the board of directors of Business and Tourism Promotion of Gijón S.A. on November 24, 2022.
- SPECIAL BONUSES
o Incorporation of two companies: 20% discount on the fees of both establishments.
o Incorporation of 3 or more companies: 30% discount on the fees of all establishments.
o 30% discount on the final fee for companies with between 1 and 3 workers.
o In case of discrepancy, a Social Security Report will be requested: average workforce of registered workers.
