Schedules and Frequencies
- •July 1 – August 31:Daily service with frequency of 60 minutes
- •Rest of the year:Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays of Antroxu
- •Frequency:60 minutes between services

Taxi Service
Gijón has numerous taxi ranks spread throughout its urban core. Three taxi cooperatives and one group currently operate in the city that cover the municipality’s service.

Bicycle and Bike Path
The measures to promote the use of bicycles in our city, in addition to promoting healthy habits and contributing to the improvement of the urban environment, try to produce a change in the travel habits of citizens so that the bicycle becomes part of daily mobility options.
Gijón Bike
Gijón Bici is the new public bicycle sharing service, in operation since July 1, 2023, which offers 250 pedal-assisted electric bicycles arranged at 47 stations or bases spread throughout the city.
A service designed for your daily trips, aimed at covering short journeys within the municipality and with long hours, from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. all year.
With the new electric bicycles, everything is advantages: less pedaling effort, greater travel distance and greater ease in overcoming slopes.
