Jovellanos Apartments is made up of tourist apartments equipped with everything you need to accommodate visitors, workers, families or groups, with no time limit.
During the university academic period, Apartamentos Jovellanos works to offer a new concept of Student Residence based on the European model, where common spaces and the student’s own areas converge to give them at the same time the services of a university residence with the independence offered by a shared flat.
It is directed by a group of professionals with years of experience in the sector that denoted the existing lack in Gijón of Residences or other types of tutored accommodation for University Students.
