This certification is based on the continuous evolution experienced by the city, taking into account its level ofcompetitiveness, quality, differentiation, authenticity and satisfactionthe commitment of all key tourism agents: public sector, companies and services, citizens and tourists, all in line with compliance with theUnited Nations Sustainable Development Goals (ODS)and with a horizon 2030.
