C.I. de la pesca en el EO

The Fishing Interpretation Center in the Eo is located in the old Center of Public Instruction, which was built in 1917 by emigrants from San Tirso in Cuba becoming, for years, the Old Schools of the town.
In this Centre we can learn, through different supports, about the River Eo, the species that populate it and the relationship between man and the River.
The most important milestones related to fishing during the twentieth century are reviewed and we can find an exhibition of different fishing utensils and gear, both traditional and modern, which help us understand what fishing in the Eo meant and what it represents for this town and for the people of Santiago.
