Laboral City of Culture

In 2001, the Government of the Principality of Asturias took over the management of La Laboral and decided to give new life, uses and services to the colossal building. Since 2008 it has had a wide range of rooms for business, cultural and social events. Versatile spaces that allow each event to be held in a unique environment.
Dependencies: In a privileged place in the square is the Theatre, which has become the largest capacity in Asturias and which testifies to improvements in furniture and acoustic conditions, included during the refurbishment process. To this must be added the picturesque rooms, rehearsals, meeting rooms, congress rooms and auxiliary spaces. All this is designed to host training and cultural activities, seminars, presentations, congresses, conventions, training days and all kinds of banquets, among others; providing a successful framework for event organisers.
