Adherence to professional visit Gijón
If you meet the access conditions and are interested in becoming part of our network, here you can start the process of formalizing your membership.
- ADHESION MODE
The accessions will be addressed in writing to the company “Business and Tourism Promotion of Gijón S.A.”, by completing the corresponding application form and delivering the documentation that certifies compliance with the access conditions.
The contact information of the entity, company or service will be included in the membership form and must have the signature and seal of the legal representative of the requesting entity.
All documentation must be sent in digital format to the email address contacto@gijonturismoprofesional.es indicating in the subject “Access request – Visita Gijón Professional”.
- NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION
+ Company identification: copy of the N.I.F.
+ Copy of Opening License, or document proving that you have requested the procedure.
+ Registration in the Registry of Companies and Tourist Activities of the Principality of Asturias or document justifying having initiated the appropriate procedures to achieve it, if applicable.
+ Copy of the last receipt of civil liability insurance.
+ Certificates of being up to date with the tax and Social Security obligations.
+ Minimum 2 photographs and logo of the establishment in electronic format (size 1 or 2 MB).
+ Accrediting documents in the case of being certificate or distinguished with: ISO, Q for Tourist Quality, SICTED, Biosphere or others.
The following must be attached to the application form:
- ACQUISITION OF MEMBER STATUS
Applications must be approved by the tourism department of “Business and Tourism Promotion of Gijón S.A.” and informed to the Tourism Table, becoming a full-fledged Professional Member of Visita Gijón once all established conditions are met.
Changes in ownership or name of member companies must be immediately notified.
